What is going on guys, my name is Sean with Whitaker Roofing here in Atlanta, Georgia. I just want to jump on real quick, give a huge shout out to Sierra with Call Center doctors. I've been a roofing owner for 12 years now and for 12 years I've steadily used call centers for appointments and all that kind of good stuff for my team. And it's always been kind of the same song and dance. I start off really strong and then, you know, as you go, that seems like they quit sin and lead. You have to call them, how to them, you know, get them to keep going until they satisfy your pack and then send routine over and over. So I kept seeing the call center doctor ads on Facebook. I actually finally just reached out after I saw a commercial and then one of the ads with some people that I knew actually out in Texas that were using them. And I figured, hey, if they're using them, you know, they're probably going to be pretty legit. So I gave them a call, we got linked up with Sierra, bought a couple of 10 packs. They ended up being actually really good. They were very good about any credits that we needed back. No questions asked. So I actually got Sierra on the phone with my other two business partners and we actually ended up purchasing a full call center. So we're actually in the process right now about a two week process of setting that call center up and we'll get that thing rolling and hopefully have a good relationship and keep this thing moving.
