by guys because he actually built out his call center the last three weeks and finally it's built. How's it going for it? I'm a little bit about the experience. I mean we're killing it better and better every day. We did training like last week in the first week. They set 14 appointments in the last two days. They set 22. Yeah, let's go. So I want to bless you with the hat to you guys. So this is our new culture guys. Nobody cares work harder because the truth is nobody does care but I see you man. I wanted to just say how thankful I am for the relationship. I've seen you at the gym every morning. I've seen you mentor a lot of your employees. I like the culture. You know we talked about the anti-aliant culture. The kids with the broken home and I know you're part of the anti-aliant group. Yeah and I told you that I want to be part of the hammer in the call center groups. I want to thank you the hat and say thank you and we're excited to have you. And guys if you guys are in Dallas if you're a roofing contractor and you need an amazing company for PDR because a lot of you roofing guys when you hit those doors and they need roofs they also need PDR. And I promise Jason that I bring a lot of you contractors to one of the best companies. I mean we've said you're the biggest PDR company in Dallas right? Yeah that's right. We're killing the market. Yeah also just one of the Chari Man brother you've done me so solid like if if you're looking to work with somebody and you want to build your company and you could be creative and have an open mind you need to get with hammer. He lined me out the friendliest deal and he stayed in front of me until I took action on it which already wanted to do it but I'm so grateful I did because I see the payoff already and he's easy to work with.
